But oil changes still remain their signature service and Jiffy Lube even has a customer loyalty program based on that service. The Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change, is a service that offers customers something more than just a standard oil and filter change at a certain time or mileage interval. In 2011, Jiffy Lube introduced a new program called Oil Change Schedule which allows customers to choose how often they have their oil changed based on vehicle manufacturer recommendations, driving habits, as well as road conditions they encounter.
